ALL CUSTOMERS SUBMITTING REQUESTS FOR LETTERS TO BE WRITTEN, EDITED, RE-WRITTEN, PROOF-READ, COPY-EDITED, OR OTHERWISE CREATED OR CHANGED, FULLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THAT THE PERSONAL INFORMATION SUBMITTED WILL BE VISIBLE IN FULL TO WRITERS CONDUCTING BUSINESS ON LETTERREP.COM. LETTERREP.COM MAINTAINS THE DETAILS OF CUSTOMER REQUESTS AS REFERENCE FOR THE CUSTOMER AND WRITER ALONE TO BE PROVIDED TO THE CUSTOMER UPON REQUEST. REMOVAL OF THE REQUEST FROM THE SITE IS COMPLETELY THE RESPONSIBLE OF THE CUSTOMER TO REQUEST. UPON REQUEST, LETTERREP.COM WILL REMOVE THE REQUEST FROM THE SITE.   LETTERREP.COM PROVIDES PURCHASING CUSTOMERS WITH A VIRTUAL, ONLINE WRITTEN PRODUCT. DUE TO LIMITATIONS IN WEB PROGRAMMING AND THE VARIETY OF INTERNET BROWSING SOFTWARE CUSTOMERS EMPLOY IN ACCESSING THE SITE, LETTERREP.COM MAKES NO ASSURANCES THAT PRINTED LETTERS FROM THE SITE WILL RENDER PROPERLY. IN SUCH INSTANCES, LETTERREP.COM RECOMMENDS FOR CUSTOMERS TO CUT-&-PASTE THEIR PURCHASED LETTER INTO A WORD-PROCESSING PROGRAM (MS WORD, WORD-PERFECT, ETC.) FOR PRINTING FROM ONE OF THOSE APPLICATIONS.   LETTERREP.COM WILL PROVIDE NO OTHER MEANS FOR CUSTOMERS TO RECEIVE THEIR LETTERS, TO INCLUDE MAILING, EMAILING, FAXING, ETC. LETTERREP.COM WILL NOT MAIL LETTERS TO CUSTOMERS WHO DO NOT HAVE THE MEANS TO PRINT THEIR LETTERS. IF YOU MUST HAVE A PRINTED LETTER AND DO NOT HAVE THE MEANS TO PRINT YOURSELF, IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO FIND A COMPUTER FROM WHICH THEY CAN PRINT THE LETTER.   CUSTOMERS MAY ONLY SUBMIT A SINGLE REQUEST FOR EACH PURCHASE. IN RESPONSE TO EACH UNIQUE REQUEST PURCHASED BY CUSTOMERS AND MEMBERS, LETTERREP.COM WRITERS WILL PROVIDE A SINGLE LETTER. THE LETTERREP.COM FEE IS PAID BY CUSTOMERS TO HAVE A ONE-PAGE, DOUBLE-SPACED DOCUMENT WRITTEN, EDITED, RE-WRITTEN, PROOF-READ, COPY-EDITED, OR OTHERWISE CREATED OR CHANGED. SOME WRITTEN WORKS MAY EXCEED THE ONE-PAGE LENGTH; OTHERS MAY NOT. THIS IS ENTIRELY AT THE DISCRETION OF THE WRITER. CUSTOMERS WHO WISH TO HAVE MORE THAN A SINGLE PAGE EDITED MUST ARRIVE AT AN AGREED UPON PRICE WITH THE WRITER. ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED, THE WRITER WILL BEGIN WORK.   CUSTOMERS WHO SUBMIT REQUESTS FOR LETTERS TO BE WRITTEN, EDITED, RE-WRITTEN, PROOF-READ, COPY-EDITED, OR OTHERWISE CREATED OR CHANGED, FULLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THAT ALL LETTERS WRITTEN IN RESPONSE TO CUSTOMER REQUESTS WILL BE POSTED AS TEMPLATES TO LETTERREP.COM FOR FUTURE CUSTOMERS TO PURCHASE. CUSTOMERS FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO ACCEPT A LETTER FROM THOSE SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THEIR REQUEST. AFTER ACCEPTING A LETTER FROM THOSE SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO A CUSTOMER REQUEST, THE CUSTOMER MAY REQUEST EDITS TO THE SUBMITTED LETTER. WRITERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO EDIT ANY LETTER SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO A REQUEST UNTIL THE CUSTOMER ACCEPTS THAT WRITER'S LETTER. UPON EXPIRATION OF THE CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT, LETTERREP.COM IS NO WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THE CUSTOMER ACCEPTS A LETTER IN RESPONSE TO A REQUEST. IN ORDER FOR CUSTOMERS TO REGAIN ACCESS TO LETTERS, ACCEPTED OR NOT ACCEPTED, REMAINING IN CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS UPON EXPIRATION, CUSTOMERS MUST RE-REGISTER ON LETTERREP.COM. No unlawful or prohibited use: As a condition of your use of this website, you warrant to LetterRep.com that you will not use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. Links to third party sites: This website may contain hyper-links to websites operated by parties other than LetterRep.com Such hyper-links are provided for your reference only. Furthermore, visitorS of LetterRep.com who purchase letters to be custom-written for them, otherwise known as 'Prepaid Letters,' do so with the understanding that the purchased letter serves as a letter template and will remain available on the site for other customers to purchase.
