A letter of transfer declares your desire for a new job position with a formal letter to your boss, manager or human resources department. In your letter of transfer to you need to explain the reasons for wanting a transfer and that you do wish to stay with the company. Explain how your experience with the company makes you an ideal candidate for that particular position.
