The services I offer include administrative and marketing services; website design, digital illustrations, company branding (logo, letterhead, business cards, etc.), presentations, letter/document creation and editing, online researching, transcription, spreadsheet creation and maintenance, telephone/email customer service, voice over talent, minor audio/video editing, photograph editing and more with a reasonable to fast turnaround time. My typing speed is 70 wpm +/-. I love learning, enjoy a challenge and I take pride in my work.
With 3 decades of experience in the administrative field, I proficiently use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, In Design and other software programs.
I have an extensive work history and have held titles as Real Estate Legal Assistant, Property Manager, Title Researcher (Online and off), Administrative Assistant, Recruiter, Secretary, Word Processing Operator, Bookkeeper, Receptionist, Teller, File Clerk, Cashier, Volunteer, Mother, Grandmother, etc.
In 1999, I created the first A1 Secretary On Line website, and started experimenting with virtual assistance providing administrative support to online clients on a very part-time, as needed basis as an independent contractor.
In 2008, because of the economic situation in the United States and worldwide, I re-created another A1 Secretary Online website and have been freelancing more and more. I honestly believe that Virtual Assistance will become the norm when it comes to administrative support.
In April 2009, right after Barack Obama's election, I enrolled in the Art Institute of Pittsburgh - Online Division. I completed the course in September 2010 with a GPA of 3.88 and now hold a diploma in Digital Design.
