LetterRep.com makes use of the online secure payment gateway's Address Verification System (AVS). The settings we chose under AVS allow credit cards to be accepted only if the first 5 digits entered into the zip code field on the credit card entry page match the first 5 digits of the zip code of the address where the card holder's monthly bill is being sent.

After logging into the site or finding the letter you need on the Free Letters page,
1) Find your letter and click its title to get to it in the editing module;
2) Edit the letter to your needs and click Preview;
3) On the Preview page, highlight all the text you wish to edit in your word processor;
4) Copy and paste the letter into your word processing program.
Please understand that in order to ensure letters hold their formats on the web, it is necessary for LetterRep.com to put them inside a table. That means, that when you post your letter into your word processor, you will find that it is embedded inside a table. All letters will be fully configurable, but depending on the word processor you use or its configuration, some formatting may be lost in the process.
[TOP] 53) When I print my letter, the top and bottom margin prints the Web address,etc on the letter. How can I stop this from printing on the letter? Most Internet browsers are setup by default to print the Title and URL of the current page on any printed documents. To change this, do the following...
For Internet Explorer:
1) Click on File/Page Setup
2) Remove all the text from the textboxes labeled, Header & Footer
Note: Be sure to save the 'Title' and 'URL' values somewhere in case you want to put them back into your page setup.
For Netscape and FireFox:

2) Depending on the version you are using, look for a tab or button labeled Margins & Header/Footer
