You declare that you are the sole owner and writer of the work and own 100% of all copyrights pertaining to it. Your submission to LetterRep.com gives unconditional permission for us to publish your work on the website and if featured, it may be distributed to our members. Your submission to LetterRep.com also gives unconditional permission for your works to be reprinted by our members as they see fit. We ask members to follow our reprint rules, but you acknowledge that the enforcement of our terms of service for members is at your risk and cost and not ours. In other words, if someone violates your copyright -- it will be 100% up to you to take legal action against those who abuse your copyright to protect your interests. If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit your works.
It is the LetterRep.com Team's sole decision as to whether your work is published and for how long. There are no guarantees made that your work(s) will be published. Quality matters. We reserve the right to remove your work(s) and/or membership account at any time for any reason. The LetterRep.com Editorial Team reserves the right to re-classify your work in a category that may be more suitable than originally submitted. LetterRep.com may, in the future, become advertiser supported. We reserve the right to publish ads on the same pages as your works. If your work does not conform to the LetterRep.com editorial guidelines, our editors may edit your work so that it does conform to the posted editorial guidelines. Please read our editorial guidelines before submitting your works to save time and speed the work approval process. You declare that you will not send in any works with affiliate links in them. We reject works with direct affiliate links.
Account Removal: Writers who request for their accounts to be removed will be deleted from the LetterRep.com writer database. The writers written works then becomes the property of LetterRep.com and LetterRep.com may continue to provide these letters to LetterRep.com customers. All monies earned from future purchases by LetterRep.com customers of letters previously belonging to writers whose accounts were cancelled will belong solely and completely to LetterRep.com.
General Issues: LetterRep.com reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Liability: LetterRep.com does not warrant or assume any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information or product represented on this site.
No Implied Endorsement: LetterRep.com does not endorse or recommend anything except freedom. The views of the writers who have submitted their works to this site are owned by them alone and do not necessarily reflect the views of LetterRep.com, its management team or owners. Further, LetterRep.com does not endorse or recommend any product or service found via any advertisement within this site.
Payment for Letters: LetterRep.com pays writers $10.00(USD) for each letter purchased by a customer. As of 31 January, 2008, LetterRep.com no longer supports any method of payment (Snailmail or Western Union). As of the posting of this message, 1 January, 2008, members will have 30 days to create a PayPal.com account. Those who cannot create an account for whatever reason are required to make LetterRep.com aware of the circumstances. LetterRep.com will close the writer's account and return all letters to the writer. In cases where writers are unable to create a PayPal.com account but do not wish to have their letters removed, writers should notify LetterRep.com. This will be the default for all accounts which fail to notify LetterRep.com. It must be understood by all writers, however, payments for sales of letters on LetterRep.com will resume from the date writers notify the site of their new PayPal.com account. Past payments will not be honored. In special situations, LetterRep.com may consider extending the period beyond 31 January, 2008.
No Warranty: When using this site, you may find links to 3rd party Internet sites. LetterRep.com is not responsible for the content or availability of these 3rd party sites. LetterRep.com does not warrant or guarantee the products, services, or information found on external or 3rd party sites.
No Advertising Pop-Ups: There are no advertising Pop-Ups anywhere within the LetterRep.com site. If you receive one as a result of clicking on any of the 3rd party links found within this site -- know that these popups did not originate from our site. If you are a writer that is proud of your Pop-Ups, please don't submit your works to our directory.
